No preservatives and only using the freshest ingredients!
Chef Chris Wadnola is a graduate of
Culinary Institute of America-Class of 1996. He grew up working with his mother, Cynthia Wadnola, at Cynfre's Bakery. Together, they grew to three locations in Kingston, West Hurley, and new Paltz. Chef Chris then moved to be the Executive Pastry Chef at The Waters Edge Hotel and Spa in Westbrook, Connecticut and most recently was
the Executive Pastry Chef at the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Resort in Naples, Fl. |
