The first thing we would like to do is set up a consultation appointment. The consultation process give us the opportunity to have a face to face meeting and discuss what you are looking for in your wedding cake. During the consultation, we will have a digital portfolio available for you to browse and we will review the options available for flavors and decoration. From there, Chef Chris will schedule a tasting. This gives you a chance to taste everything for the first time and get a visual idea of what your cake will look like.

A licensed establishment is authorized to serve/sell food to the public. Why is this important? The people handling your food have been trained on food safety to ensure they are delivering a quality product. Here at Cynfre's, we are a licensed food service establishment through the Ulster County Department of Health. In addition, we have two Certified Food Safety Managers on staff. All documentation can be provided to you upon request.

We are fully insured, including liability, to make sure all aspects of your special day are covered.

What do you do if your guests become ill? Who is responsible? Those without a license and insurance will not be held accountable and you could be left "cleaning up" all the damages by yourself. Make sure you are using professional vendors that have taken the time and effort to properly establish their business and protect your purchase.
